Rescaled the idle message timer. the code was changed from

   idle_message_timer = ee_idle_message_time * 10;

   to

   to idle_message_timer = ee_idle_message_time;


Version 001

The FLEX IIIA software was derived from the FLEX III product which was part of Connect Systems Inc. third generation wide area network. 

There was two changes made to be compatible with the FLEX IV DSP series of products.

1. The baud rate of UART1 was changed.
2. VoIP coding was removed from this product because this product does not connect to the IP network.
