FLEX-M

This program is needed to be loaded to your hard disk and is used to transfer data from your P.C. to your Flex Series Universal Controller via the programming module supplied either by Silicon Labs or Connect Systems. You have a choice of using an RS232 Serial connection or a USB connection, dependent on which programming module you buy.

Make a directory on your hard disk called FLEX_PROGRAMS and store the program there. Then go back to the main page of the Connect Systems website (www.connectsystems.com) and load the software for the different products you would like to make in the same directory. You have a choice of downloading ZIP files or HEX files. If you download the ZIP files you must unzip the files before being used.

Then exit the internet and run the program loaded in the FLEX_PROGRAMS from the run command of windows. Connect one side of the EC2 pogramming module to your P.C.'s serial or USB port and the other end to the JTAG connector located in the Flex Series Universal Controller next to the 100 pin microprocessor.

First execute the connect command and then execute the download command.
