The model FLEX IV DSP D allows multiple repeater sites to be tied together to allow for seamless communication between different geographical areas. As an example, it allows two hospitals to be tied together to allow the doctors in one hospital to speak to the doctors in the other hospitals as if they were in the same hospital.

It can be used a Regional, Statewide, Nationwide, or International communication network. Any person in any region can speak to any person in any other region. Built in conference bridge allows up to eight sites to be tied together at one time to allow unparalleled collaboration between different users.
