The model LT4200 first shipped in 1996. This product combines the functions of an LTR Controller, LTR Validator, and Interconnect in a 2U size chassis. Internal hardware allows the unit to share a channel with both LTR and conventional users by means of a Cross busy input. Programming is by means of a DOS based program allowing all parameters to be programmed locally using an RS232 interface or remotely using a 1200 baud modem. A monitor function allows the user to remotely monitor the site showing realtime activity.

Levels can be set without removing the Controller from the rack by POTS that are accessed by removing the front panel.
